This issue has been fixed internally and will be fixed on Live soon
These can be states like exhausted, constant Charged Power drain from Overload (wizard), and others.
This causes abilities with pushback to sometimes launch the affected players (like warrior's charge)
For example if used immediately after the rogue's Daggers Primary Attack.
Changing the weapon while in combat (unsheathed) causes a chain VFX to stretch out forever.
The backflip evade after a Dive Attack causes severe rubberbanding.
We're still investigating this issue, but will be temporarily reducing the crafting times drastically in the meantime
We have a fix identified for this to prevent this from occurring, and may be able to restore players lost Safe items in a future hotfix
Items put into the Safe in Season 2 before the wipe are not appearing in the Safe after being unlocked in Season 3.
